is the most unique and inspiring work at hand which
involves total dedication and commitment. It is
a brilliant institution of the Citizens Forum but
Government needs to step in to add strength and
sustainability to the project so that it keeps going
on. I would contribute from my side for the welfare
and furture of these students what so ever I can.

She also announced to make VIDYA MANDIR an extension
of NAVJYOTI FOUNDATION of which she is a founder
member and also announced a grant of Rs.6000/- per
month for the School.

Master
Ajit Singh
Master Ajit Singh, a political science teacher at
the Government High School of adjoining Pandori
Sidhwan village. He and his wife Satpal Kaur a lecturer,
collaborate with the Nasha Virodhi Squad of the
Amritsar district police and run drug awareness
programmes in the region. He is the back none of
this Citizen's Forum Vidya Mandir. He along with
his gamily have donated there life to this organization.
His house is used for the school students during
the day time.

Brij
Bedi, A Social Activist
Mr. Brij Bedi is the person is the founder
member of the organisation and looks after each
and every aspect of the area including its development
under Project Maqboolpura. He says "The Aim
of providing education is to turn these children
against drugs at an early age". He revealed
that various organizations as Navjyoti Hospital
for de-addiction at Delhi, established by Dr. Kiran
Bedi, IPS and the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak
Commitee have promissed to extend all possilbe help
to the Forum in this venture.
