The institution, Citizens Forum Vidya Mandir, is situated in Maqboolpura locality of holy city of Amritsar, India. The locality is also known as a locality of widows. This backward area is populated by 20000 human lives and is struggling with drugs. This Institution which is run by Master Ajit Singh and his wife is perhaps the first school in India, committed to educating orphans of the victims of drug addiction. We hope efforts by this organization and its patron Mrs. Kiran Bedi an IPS and the supercop of India would defiantly bear fruit.
